Use of subcontractors

Transferring of significant contractual services of the contractor to a third party requires the prior approval of ArcelorMittal Bremen. Utilization of subcontractors may lead to loss of information and organizational problems if safety requirements are not observed in detail, which might lead to an increased potential of hazards. When using subcontractors, it must be ensured and documented that the subcontractor meets all of our requirements as well. The contractor is obligated to instruct the subcontractor he hired.
