Excerpt from the statement on safety and health: Safety and health require the inclusion of all employees. The goal is the reduction in the number of accidents, unsafe conditions and accidents, and job-related disorders, as well as the improvement of health related consciousness, conduct, and the social environment. We not only want to address our own employees, but also those of our contractual partners, working on our plant site.
