(See SM-VA 004 - 4.15 - barriers) Danger sites and sources must be secured with appropriate measures. Unauthorized persons may not enter blocked off areas. Admissive are: close-off cones, rope-off chains, barricading racks, blocking barriers, mobile construction fences. Barriers with tracing tape ("flapping tape") are prohibited.
