Emergency Each emergency/accident must be immediately reported via the central emergency phone numbers 0421/648-2222/3333! The following emergencies are differentiated at the factory site: Accident/illness serious accident/severe illness mass accident fire/property damage large-scale fire/explosion/implosion water emergency hazardous material emission (gas/oil/other) defect radiator source storm warning flood warning threat The emergency call must clearly and briefly include all data required for quick and targeted deployment of the respective rescue units, and guide them toward the location of the emergency. The qualified emergency call comprises: Where did it happen? (Detailed data on location) What happened? (Brief description of what happened) How many injured? What types of injuries? (Data on types and seriousness of injuries, and life-threatening conditions) wait for questions! (Does the rescue operations center need more data?) Provision of person giving directions at gate/building entrance First aid Everyone is obligated to provide first aid until the arrival of the rescue team during an emergency, that is perform all reasonable actions serving the reduction of danger. Upon notification of an emergency, first aid providers immediately will take action - dependent on their training. Upon arrival of the company fire department, instructions by the person in charge of the operation must be followed.
